Auction Bidding Rules And Regulations
-
Before bidding, a security deposit is required
-
Buyer must abide by and follow all the rules mentioned by our company.
-
Although the auction sheet provides general information about the vehicle, we are not liable for anything that happens to the vehicle after a successful bid is placed such as mechanical issues, scratches or dents on the exterior, interior quality, etc. We, therefore, recommend you to opt for our “JPN Inspection Service” to ensure complete satisfaction and assurance of the vehicle. Damages occurred by the company will be compensated.
-
Don’t be fooled by the auction picture please! The pictures are taken with a standard camera and shots that are taken extremely fast. Their angles are fixed and ‘generally’ the auction posts only three pictures in total.
-
Please consider that vehicles bought are used vehicles and therefore, dirt and scratches will be present. Buyer’s expectation of a clean unscratched car should purchase vehicles with 0 kilometer on the odometer.
-
Once the car is bought, cancellation is possible on spot within two hours but not later, and the security deposit or the car will not be handed over to the buyer. The security deposit will be used to pay for the cancellation fee to the auction.
-
If any damage occurs by our side to the vehicle after a successful bid is placed, the buyer can cancel the transaction and we will refund the security deposit, or we can come to an understanding and negotiate with the buyer for the damages that occurred.
-
If JPN inspection is selected, you will receive a two month warranty for the vehicle.
-
Security deposit will be given back if no bid has been won. If no bid has been won, the buyer should collect the security deposit within two weeks. If not, we will not return the security deposit back.
-
Withdrawal of security deposit will take up to three business days.
-
You can bid as many times for FREE.
-
Bid requests cannot be changed or replaced during the bidding day.
-
Payment after a successful bid has to be completed within three business days. In case the purchaser fails to do so, the security deposit will not be refunded.
-
Buyer will have to bear the burden of bank transfer free.
-
Bank transfer from the buyer should insert or have the following information: first and last name.
-
If the buyer does not opt for our “vehicle ownership transfer” service fee, the purchaser has to transfer the ownership of the vehicle within three weeks after a successful bid is placed. Failure to do so will result in a penalty.
-
Licensed plate number will be canceled if the vehicle is being exported.
-
For export vehicles, after the full payment of the vehicle is received from the buyer and has been shipped from the port, the documents and spare key will be delivered via DHL ASAP.
-
Vehicles exported to countries close to the Mediterranean sea and the Black sea can only be shipped via container. We apologize but RoRo services are not available to this region only (unless the law changes).
-
Buyer should be informed of their country’s import rules and regulations. As the car leaves the port in Japan, any problems encountered at the destination port are not in our hands.
