Can I buy a car in Japan as a foreigner?Yes you can. All you will need is the following documents: 1) A valid international driving license permit and/or Japanese driving license. 2) Original Resident Certificate (Known as "Juminyo" in Japanese) or Inkan Certificate (Known as "Inkan-Sho" In Japanese) issued by the ward office within the last three months. 3) An original Japanese Seal attested/certified at the ward office. 4) Parking area for medium sized vehicles is required. Otherwise, for small-sized vehicles, it is not required. How long is the car auction buying process?You can buy a car in a single day, and get the car under your name within 10 days. Depending on your car choice and budget, it might take longer to select a car from the auction. Sometimes it might take a week to find the best fit for your choice, and it shouldn't take longer due to the wide variety of availability of cars in the auction. What are JPN's buying policy?Shipping And Payment Info To initiate the order, we will first collect 75% advance payment. The remaining 25% payment should be paid after when the product arrives to the customer or when the container arrives at the designated port. Please contact us for more payment and shipment information. Product Info We sell our engines with a 100% crank guarantee. Any other small defects are not in our authority. If you would like more pictures or videos, please don't hesitate to contact us. Make sure that you are completely satisfied with the product before purchasing and do not hesitate to ask us as many questions as possible. Returns And Refund Policy We do not accept returns or refunds after confirmation of the first 75% payment of the order, unless if the product received is different from the product than the customer ordered. In that case, we will refund the full amount or we could negotiate and come to an understanding term. If the negotiation fails, we will fully refund the total amount.
